Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting Runblock by placing an order! We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your item ships for a full refund. Please contact us at hiya@runblock.uk with your order number.

2. Returns

Once your product has been delivered, you may return it if:

• The product is unopened and unused

• It is returned within 14 days of delivery

• It is in original packaging

To initiate a return, email us at hiya@runblock.uk with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
